  • Don’t skip meals and make sure to eat before the Holiday party.  This way you won’t be starving and overdo it when you get there. Plus imbibing on an empty stomach means a faster buzz and leads to mindless munching!

  • Enjoy the foods you love most, skip the rest!  Don’t use the Holiday’s as an excuse to overeat and make poor choices.  Stick to your normal healthy diet most of the time and pick and choose your truly favorite treats for those occasional indulgences!

  • Entertaining or bringing a dish?  Use organic and natural ingredients and try some vegan and vegetarian takes on some of your Holiday favorites. Baking?  Try coconut oil, gluten free flour and coconut sugar or stevia for yummy healthy treats!

  • Keep up your exercise routine.  Can’t make it as often as usual with your busy Holiday schedule?  Go for a walk with family and friends, or take the stairs, the little things add up.
