Refreshing Black Bean and Corn Salsa

• 1-1/2 cans Field Day Organic Sweet Corn, drained
• 1 can Field Day Organic Black Beans, drained
• 3 green onions, white and  green parts, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/8 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup Field Day Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1/4 cup Field Day olive oil

Mix the veggies in a bowl.  Add the vinegar, sugar, and olive oil, and stir.  Refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors blend.  Serve with tortilla chips.
